The purpose of Idbox lock is to provide a solid alternative against ID-theft and to enable safe home deliveries of parcels and food.

This fully electronic lock is based on a combination of NFC technology and Bluetooth allowing the user to open by using compatible smart phone operating on either Android, IoS software or a NFC operated key.

The lock is made in steel and solid plastic using 4 AA-batteries with 18 months lifetime.

Integration of locks with any lockable boxes is plug & play.

Being a product developed in Norway substantial efforts have been made to enable a proper functionality under harsh weather conditions and working between – 20 and 50 + C.
